hi all you week 3 almost week 4 people

i've not been here all week as i've been sooo busy,but just thought i'd pop in to say hi and that im still going strong...i had my 1 little blip 8 days ago but think i learnt so much from that and really do not want to smoke ever again.....so how are you all doing???
