Cheers Polster glad you liked it's the only way off thinking, a cold that last three days is little to put up with after 25 odd years of clogging my lungs up with tar, i used to brag i never got man flu and scoffed at the adverts depicting this .... soon as i gave up smoking OMG man flu monthly for me, you do know it is dangerous being a man with this don't you
Cheers guys, Bradders i have never thought of it like that.Yes you are right, the only way is up, hmmmmmmm i,v heard that some where else.

Hello Deano,
Well done on doing so well on your quit up to now!!
I went down a strength on the patches yesterday and have started to feel a bit like I did when I first quit (although thankfully not as bad). I think it probably is a bit of withdrawal but we just need to power through it. Crap but like Bradders said its all for the good in the end.
The usual advice, drink lots of water and eat as well as you can. Dunno about you but I am finding the tiredness has kicked in again. Not as much but definitely enough to be feeling down in the dumps.
Keep up the good work matey and fingers crossed this only lasts a few days
Hope you start to feel better soon.
Debsx
Cheers Debs, i am sure thing will get better for us, chin up.
