Day 2-still in the saddle!

Hi All,

Most of the way through Day 2 and apart from a couple of minor stresses it's been ok

Still not used the inhalator at all and I actually seem to be feeling better for not using it. Sticking with the 10mg patch, although i should be using 21mg, I'm quite happy on the lower dose....so far!
