This site helps so much in my quit. It's so nice waking up on a morning and knowing I can check in without making excuses!!
Thank you for your messages in my day one thread. I feel so positive this time. Just been to the Chemist and bought some stronger gum as the 2mg just wasn't cutting it for me. Why struggle? So, I'm armed with 4mg gum and enough munchies to feed an army. One step at a time.
Good luck to everyone on their quit whether it be day 2 or year 2!!

Really glad to hear you are feeling positive, keep it up, it will help you stay positive if you spend some time reading the links everyday if you can.
You go girl on the gum, if that is what you need then go for it.
What munchies you got? and why are you not sharing
I have done over a month now and keep telling myself that i should change my diet of M&M's and marshmellows for raisins and seeds, but hell i am no tit:eek: or sparrow
Ha ha Bev, its nice to know someone else is in the same boat. How can anyone not enjoy M&M's, they're food for life!!
I'll work on the weight issue when I'm over the worst of my cravings but for now I've come to work armed with some lovelies!! Maple and Pecan Danish (warm from the bakers), lollipops and a big pate and coleslaw sarnie (with crisps of course).
Now lunch isn't until 1 but I reckon there might be a lonely apple left by 12ish.
I agree completely, concentrate on stopping smoking right now. If we put on a little weight it will give us somehting to do in the New Year since we will no longer have "I must stop smoking" as our new year promise.
Stuff your faces as much as you want girls and then go have plastic surgery with all the money you have saved (why should I be the only one to suffer).
By the way Bev was lying when she said she wasn't a tit
