Had a bad cold now for 4 days, but may be clearing up now dont know if its related to smoking but hey I am blaming everything on smoking nowadays.

Dont think i am going to go back to smoking now,, ok so lets see

3 days - done

3 weeks - done

3 months - underway

Thats my next target, 3 months,, it feels good,,

The road to smoke free is full of Nicodemons

Hi Ry

Congratulation on reaching the first month quit, how good does that feel.

Doesnt it fly by, after the first 2 weeks Im suprised when I look back and it doesnt seem like it was so bad now but I keep reminding myself that some bits where really bad.

Or I could easilly be fooled into thinking I could have one and nothing would change but we all know it would LOL

So enjoy your quit and keep surging forward and before you know it you will be in month 3 xx

Well done, i'm just a few days behind you. The hardest part is behind us now, not saying it's plain sailing fom now on, but it can't be as tough as the last 4 weeks eh. Anyway keep at it.

Hi Margarth, Thanks a lot, I think this forum helped cause I saw many people in the same situation as me, so I felt better, the worst thing is when you think you are suffering or going through something alone,, also I have stopped counting, I need to not think about time,, Thanks Ryan

Yeah you are absolutely right, its not so bad, but there are some moments,, also the thought of just having one, is so dangerous,, that one will lead to many others,, I still need to keep my wits about me.. but the best thing now is that the cravings are under control, they come but than I dont have the urge to buy or ask 1,, so thats good,

Yes true but the problem with being addicts and thats we are, is that anytime, we can trick ourselves, so lets see, it will be quite good if we complete 3 months,, cause that is the dreaded 3's done..
