Hi Boys and Girls

I am rather pleased with myself today 3months or 91 days if you prefer smoke free and it feels wonderful but without this forum and Stuart I doubt if I would have got this far so thank you all very much

I have not smoked 2,299 Fags

I have saved £630.07

1wk 23hrs and 35mins of my life saved

I also noticed this morning that I have 2 daffodils showing colour in my garden so I am a happy bunny at the moment

yep goooooooooooooooood to hit 3 months i just beat you by a couple of days.

makes you feel good when you look back and think wow 3 months ago i was still smoking.

Hi Everyone

Had a bit of good news today to take into month 4 got the all clear from Cheltenham Hospital today

Just need it from Frenchay in March/April when go back and will be well away

Glad to be clear of Chelt hospital will let you know about Frenchay as soon as but it is a wonderful hospital not that I plan on going back but you know what I mean

Well done on 3 months and 94 days...95 by the time you see this post. Great news regarding the Cheltanham...keep on keepin' on.

Flowers...they are the best and first signs of daffs are so welcome heralding the end of winter and start of spring.

Yes spring is definitely on it's way thank goodness as well as daffs I now have crocus out in my tubs if they were in the garden would not be seen for weeds have to sort as soon as I can

Just to say well done and stick at it. I've watched your progress with interest because we pretty much the same age with the same smoking history!!

Honestly, why didn't we quit years ago? Think of all that money we could have saved!!

Keep at it - I've got lovely snowdrops and primroses in my garden but the camellias are very late this year!!

I haven't got snowdrops or primroses but aim to rectify that have never tried camelias, don't know if they would grow here as soil is pure clay

Oh got sidetracked there I shall definitely keep at it I have no intention of getting caught in that trap again
