back on track day 4 today. of course went down the pub on friday and had a smoke when i came back. did the same on saturday and managed to squeeze one in on sunday... it has been like that for a while , I can call myself a weekend smoker.
neverthe less the other half has stopped since monday so no fags in the house...

i considered being a weekend smoker, or a social smoker, or a i wont smoke if im saving for something or if my bfs here or if i go to a relatives house smoker.
But whichever way i look at it il always end up back on the cigs full time, its an addiction for a reason! So i decided the only way to give up properly and succeed is to stop all smoking for good! So here i am entering week 2!
Well done on day 4 and good luck for the rest of the week.
Well done day 4 is goos But it wouldn't have worked for me having a fag at the week end
