Day 8 for me

Im eating like there is no tomorrow...but not one ciggerette at all.

I may become big, but i will be smoke free....not sure how i fele about that seeing as im big anyway LOL!!!

Staying away from the scales...

It's great to be in week 2, but god I'm eating a lot, everything tastes so good, forgot that this happens...

Still, a few biccies here and there (ahem) won't hurt too much, and can always deal with that later - it's gotta be better than the fags!

Well done for getting to week 2 Ellie - it's great to see so many positive Feb quitters in here, must be all that love...

My smoking clinci appt is on thursday, im wondering how much my carbon thingy has gone down!!

Its like being on a diet and wanting to know if you have lost weight...but like you, ill deal with that at another time!

I was on a diet when i first quit this time, and no way could i do both!

Good for you day 8 already thats fantastic no fags ok eating loads buts normal once you get out of the habit of no lighting up you can tackle the eating extra thing .... good on you you should be very proud of yourself .....
