No relapses here either. Being around smokers is kind of tough still but I made it. Good Job Everyone!

Back again

Hi Carol I too am on week three starting today, I gave up last year for 8 months and then fell off the wagon. Just using nicotine lozenges but so far I have not had any bad withdrawals, I have had a heart attack and that on its own was frightening enough. I do hope we can succeed Carol xx

Good luck on your 3rd weekend Carol and icba, I know you'll make it through, no problem. Have a good time off Carol.

I'll probably be posting less as I stop thinking of ciggarettes as much. I feel like I'm on track for my goal of being withdrawal symptom free by August 1st. Good health to you all.
