I don't want to get too complacent, but things seem to be going rather well as I move into week 2.
The first 2-3 days were pretty horrible and Friday night at the pub was tough but since then its been pretty clear sailing.

Enjoy the easy days when you have them, and recognise the days that are not so easy and work on them. You my find week 3 a bit harder than this week, but you never know you might even find that you can cope just nicely then too. depends on you really and how much stress you have in your daily life too. (or boredom)
everyone has their triggers when it comes to smoking so if you can tame them and cope.. your sorted.
Well done so far, keep this up.

Great that you're feeling so good, everybody experiences different things at different times, we do tend to expect it to be hell, but can sometimes be suprised at how little discomfort there is. Beware though, sometimes it can jump up and bite you in the a**e when you least expect it.
As J says, enjoy the good, long may it continue.

Hi. It's good to hear you are having an easy quit. But please be aware that it may get a tiny bit uncomfortable at times. Like Jase and Iozza says some cravings will just come and jump at you when you least expect them.
Well done for coming this far and enjoy your quit!!
Keep us posted on how you are doing and keep reading other messages on this forum as it's a brill site and you will get lots of support.
