Today is day 21 since i took my last drag of a cig, and thinking back now i really thought that 1st day was never going to end, it seemed a very long day, now 3 weeks and it's flown by.
Last week was a rough week, felt quite ill at the beginning of the week, sickness and tiredness, towards the end of the week the sickness feeling subsided, still tired, today i feel icky, but i'm use to it now:D. Funny how i've gone all this time with just the the brief notion of having a cig, but the past few days i've really thought about it, not cravings but the idea of going for a cig if you understand that, anyway those ideas have been coming a little more frequent.
Well here goes another week smoke free.
