...... not through choice. Too hungover to get out of bed most of yesterday and put one on to go out again last night but it fell off cos I put it on my back as i was wearing a sleeveless top.
Am going to put one on now but definitely going down a strength this week. Am over the moon that I managed a whole night with zero cravings (I was sober mind you) without a patch.
Normally not even a bad hangover could stop me smoking so think yesterday proved to me that I can do this. I really, really can
Hope everyone is having a happy and smoke free weekend.

Great to see you are feeling better
Hope it continues!
My weekend has been ok probably helped by the fact I've been wroking - don't think I've ever been so happy to work the weekend lol.
I'm going to be three full weeks tonight about 7, using champix. Still having cravings to be honest but just stick a bit of chewing gum in my mouth and the craving goes
Have to say that I realised I was hormonal too. Came off the pill ( sorry if too much info guys) so things are still a bit erratic. So relieved that it wasn't to do with smoking. Its all too easy to blame everything on not smoking, well for me anyway. Sometimes forget I can just be grumpy for no reason
Thats great that you have completed 3 weeks! Just noticed its gone 7pm Well done you. Great news that you are using the gum to handle the cravings. I have never used champix so not sure if thats normal at this stage but I think whatever helps you quit is a good thing.
I am on week 6 I guess up til the last couple of weeks I found the weekends really hard too. Being busy is a good thing even if it means having to work. Glad your weekend has been ok.
