It does not seem so easy as last time! but that said I can honestly say I am NOT really craving for one! BUT! I could quite easily be tempted to have one! REally do have to get this idea out of my head that I am 'missing' something! The hard part is finally accepting that you are NOT giving anything up me finks!

I am trying to convince myself that we are gaining health and wealth rather than giving anything up!!
Takes some doing but it's a better way to think!!
Well done on getting to day 4 - surely it can only get easier!!
Well I am sure it will! we can only get stronger with time!! I am so determined this time!! just that it does for some unknown reason seem so easy as last time!
Last time when I was at this stage I felt so very very strong!
Good luck to you too! positive thinking!!! I like that!
You are doing fine. You were around cigarettes for many years many times a day, it will take time for you to stop thinking about them, but it will get easier, I promise. Read plenty about the nicotine addiction, it will help you to distract yourself and you will learn about what is happening to your body and mind. The websites in my signature have lots of info and there are many stories here to help.
Day 4 that's great and you really aren't giving anything up at all wxcwpt for a nasty habit and addiction
