Jimbo, you're an absolute star! Dont worry about moaning, I couldnt do what you're doing. I have so much admiration for quitters who have a partner still smoking. You just have to keep doing what youve been doing cos it's been working for you to get to 4 weeks.
Hang on in there, tomorrow's another day and hopefully you'll be feeling more positive. Don't let your wife be the excuse to return to the life as a smoker. You made the decision to quit for you and you are the important one here.
Jimbo, Great to hear from you. 4 weeks is fantastic. Keep going strong and post often to let us know how you are doing. Jody
Hi jimbo
It's good to hear from you again and well done
Not quite sure if you mean 4 weeks smoke free or 4 weeks after finishing the chamoix course but whichever you're doing great
Sorry you're having a bad day/night but keep going tomorrow will be better again for sure
Love and a Hug
Marg xx
Jimbo, great to hear from you, keep posting and let us know how you are doing. My husband still smokes and although he never does in front of me or in the house, I still know he does it. Can't mention smoking to him he thinks I am having a go, sometimes I am but other times I just want to say something and I think it gets to him, makes it harder but not impossible, so come on lets see you winning.

I have OH smoking - your not on your own honey... be strong and she'll see eventually that it can be done.... mines coming round nicely!!!
