Day 1 wasn't as bad as i thought it would be! hope today is the same, last time i quit i seem to remember day three was a bitch:eek: but i will deal with that tomorrow! its all about getting through today without smoking.

Hi Mark,

Day two too - and i feel strangely over the moon today!! Never thought i would get this far. I have even just given an extremely grateful colleague the last 3 cigarettes in the pack that i couldn't bear to look at!!

Well done, lets hope we can both stick it out!!!! Bring on day 3!
