The Bad dreams

Hey! these bad dreams are getting to me now, Dreams of horrible things happening to people I know, I don't want to get too descriptive but I wake up some nights and I can feel the fear!

Anyone else having the same problems?

I can subscribe to that syndrome...that and most unfavourable sleeping issues.

If it's a given that you continue to have bad dreams then why not try and influence that a bit. What I mean is that you could google up some dream interpretation websites and use them to divine the meanings for you. It doesn't necessarily follow that a bad dream is a harbinger of doom...although I do know the awfulness of being caught up in a nightmare and unable to act.

Some of these websites are hilarious and looking at the interpretations possibly will make you LOL. That's got to better than feeling a bit helpless.

I had them at first -Kept waking up with that panic feeling. I've now got to nearly three months which is the longest I've ever achieved ever! And I have to say that at this stage everything is pretty much normalish, the odd wanting one, but everything is getting back to normal. As in Not smoking has become "Normal" ..How weird...I thought it would never happen.

I have vivid dreams, some a bit weird, and some wake me up, but on the whole I find them quite entertaining, albeit sometimes disturbingly so? Have you tried staying off, or cutting down, caffeine?

I solved the problem for two days, I ran out of my Meds and haven't slept for two nights - hahahahah
