palpatations etc

ok not exactly a new symptom but this has become more prevelant than before this week.

ive been hugely stressed the last 4 and half months since quitting but the last week ive been much better in that department but i am getting pains in the chest and my heart is racing quite often.

i severely doubt this has anything to do with heart disease etc as im only 35,far from overweight,eat a very good diet and have no history of heavy drug use.

anyone else getting this as a symptom?

damn im starting to sound like a hypocondriac lol,honest they are real symptoms
