Day 1 Again

Yes I come and go here, patches and cold turkey. But I am going to try it again cold turkey, have the patches in my purse right here in case I need them, but I want to try to get all the nicotine out of my system. I have made a schedule to walk on the treadmill.

I know I have been here a million times and I'm not going to say that I got this and I feel like this is the one, all I am going to say is that I will do this one day at a time with lots of praying and hard candy!

Wanting to try is half the battle. Had many quits before this one myself.
