Some folk play it cautious/steady and wait quite a while before tackling the quit wight so as not to risk things but if your up for it, then look along the black horizontal bar (above the purple horizontal bar) and to the right, click Quick Links, click Social Groups, look for the relevant group and 'join'.

No rules, just somewhere to vent a bit maybe about weight and hopefully feel encouraged/competitive, whatever works

No particular diet to follow, though some folk follow certain plans and can help with some advice, maybe.
