Quick update from me. On week 6!

Stopped the champix a couple of weeks ago, not a single puff!!

Have been eating plenty, having a few beers to many, and plenty of situations with people smoking beside me indoors.

Still having my moments, but def so much easier than at the start.

Well done 6 weeks is great, I certainly couln't sit beside someone smoking.

I was helping with a bit of house decorating/moving last 2 weeks.

Me and 3 smokers, all of which smoking indoors with me.

At one point i was helping a family member with some skirting board while he had a cig in his mouth, I was right above his head wih the smoke going in my eyes.

It was very hard times

Good for you mate but this will make you much stronger. All my work mates smoke and most of my brothers/sisters there are ten of us. Also my partner. The smell turns me now it feels great not to smell like a smoker. Very well done on your 6 weeks.xxxxx
