Thats great Kay, dont let any cravings bother you, you will be fine
Hi Kay
Good to hear your doing fine on the reduced strength patches..... soon you'll be ready to go without those too.
I think from reading here that most folk actually feel relieved to stop them completely..... nervous yes, but afterwards find they cope better than they expected, all very satisfying.
Dave's feeling better and is up and about again, all be it slowly
All the best with your smoke fee journey
Pol
Morning all well done Kay
I'm still off champix and feeling much better today than the last week or so
morning Kay keep up the good work.....have a nice day heres to a smoke free friday xxxx
Hi Kay
Well done, I'm off the Champix too - no problems. It's good to see that we're all getting to the stage when we can let go of the 'aids'.

Mornin' Kay
I'm pretty much over the flu - never had it as bad as this time - consequence of not smoking? I'm pretty much off the Champix now, one every other day.
Sounds like we're all coping pretty well so far. I remember previous xmasses - how many days would the shops be shut, how many packs to buy xmas eve. No more of that for us.
Good news Kay. Yes coming down off patches is usually no problem as long as you do what you feel is right for you it will all be fine.
