apologies not posted for a few days but have been away with family comitments etc etc .... well here i am into month two hope you all are well and all are as nice as the month 1 crew had a tough time a week and half ago but all good now craving have gone sleep is still a bit rough but that will sort it self out soon i hope. Hope you are all well and still kicking this crap in the A*rse

Oh bradders no no no You've just said that your sleeping is still a problem going into month 2................HELP I have barely slept in 7 nights and it is doing my head in please tell me this isn't going to last for another month!!!!

my sleep is crazy go bed at 2 am tried going earlier but doesn't work , i have tried reading amongsty other things but no joy !!! wake up each morning at 5 am,get up have a brew something to eat and then a jog about 7 am you would think then i would be comotosed by 10 o clock at night ....nope !!!!!! groundhog day hun :confused:

Bradders have you consulted your doc about the sleep issue at all? He might be able to prescribe u a little something to help you drop off to a nice decent sleep. You can't manage on no sleep fella, eventually sleep depravation does weird s*it to ya. (been there, know the score.. too many times on too many nights.. and that was when it was voluntary!)
See a doc if the reason is medical, even if you are quitting smoking.. its still a medical reason, and its in the docs best interests to keep you off the cigs as it benefits your health.
