Thanks for asking Tigger i am doing really well at the moment this last two weeks have gone by quickly, like most people on here you have ups and downs , but happily i am in a good space in my quit and long may it continue

you seem really happy and posistive Tigger and i hope you keep it like that, going out for a smoke with your friend today was really brave of you took me ages to do that but at least you know you can do it now and hopefully realise people can still talk without a fag in theirs hands... you take care Tigger keep posting everyday see how you are getting on, have a great night whatever you do tonight

You did not mention this but it probably happened. When this co-worker returned smelling like an ashtray you (may have) thought "Glad I don't smell like that any more." Good to hear from you. Keep on going.

Well Done... I've been outside at Le Pub when others have been smoking... its most interesting, but i think to myself if i've cracked that then all is getting much easier!
