I do apologise for not posting for a while, everything has been great, dont even think about smoking no more, no patches needed, feel great and have lost 2 stone due to going to the gym 4 times a week and eating a healthier diet, only problem i have now is got a bit of a bad chest (think it is due this time of year with everyone getting ill) but apart from that all is well
I hope everyone else is doing great aswell and I hope they can encourage their friends and family to give up smoking aswell

Actually lets be even more praising than this Oli,...
you quit smoking initially on the 17th of June this year, crazily had 1 smoke at a friends wedding bash and went through the mind torture that went with that.. however.. you zero'd your clock of your quit on the 7th of September because of this one smoke and here you are 3 months later, quite the success!!!
I think thats a clear sign you got over that 1 tiny blip Oli.. be realistic, you had 1 smoke at that wedding bash, but you didn't slip down the slope and smoke tons more, you got right on with the quit immediately again. You are to be praised for this.. it takes hard work to recover from relapses and you have done!!!!!!!!!!!!
so let me add this up.. 17th of june......
Its more like...
CONGRATULATIONS ON 5 months, 18 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Crack a beer out i'd say!!! Nicely done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was great to read your post, you sound so determined to turn your life around, by loosing weight, quitting smoking, it's very inspirational to know that you are making it work for you.
