I'm up and down though, had a rotten morning, cravings wise I'm ok, a few manageable ones here and there, but just grumpy and negative. It's bloody miserable being so bloody miserable! This is my third day since I've halved my champix dose, 1/2 twice a day, so I'll see how I go.
Is there any chance of joining the novoquit group? I'm not online at home so only get on here twice a week, but it would be nice to keep track of whose in the same boat.
Big thumbs up to all you 3 weekers. and 3 dayers...and 3 monthers..et all...

It's normal to be miserable this early in a quit emotions are all over the place but it starts getting better after the 4th week
It seems as though it begins to settle down around then as you're body gets used to not having a diet of chemicals
I'm sure the November quitters will welcome you with open arms and for sure one or more of them will be around before long there have been several really successful groups on here and I wish there's been one last year when I quit
Keep going very soon now it will get easier for you

Hi Lou. I used Champix so I'm very familiar with that up and down mood thing. Feels like extended pmt! I think tho it is a price worth paying for the long term benefit of quitting.
Come and join us in de novos - lots of lovely peeps to keep you going when you feel down. Just bring a few sweeties with you, we've all got a sweet tooth.
Hi lousca, we share the same quit day, stay strong, I havent had the mood swings (sshh) yet, but im on patches and I eat a hell of a lot of jelly beans
