Bye bye week 3

well it's day 22 so I shall be moving on and waving goodbye to week 3

very pleased to have made it to today.

Was in pub from 5pm to around 10 or 11ish last night and not a puff passed my lips... just too much beer... tad hungover today but at least my chest feels ok lol

Hope everyones ok today... I intend to stay in bed and eat air popped popcorn (a low fat nibble I have discovered which helps... that and carrot sticks lol)
