help coughing

I'm on day 1 using patches.

My cough was bad but this evening been coughing so much.

Is this normal?

Any idea how long it will last?

see your lungs are starting to work properly now they are starting to clean out all that crap in there.... drink plenty as you may get a sore throat from all the coughing...but look at this as a good sign.. your body starting to heal Can't say how long it will last as it comes and goes through your quit i still get the odd coughing fits for a couple of days but all is good...

The coughing is normal for lots of us and nothing to worry about just the lungs clearing themselves of the gunge it will pass but it varies from person to person and not all of us get it I never did for one
