after thousands of failed attempts and getting obsessive about stopping and starting smoking, I can now declare almost at the end of day one of being nicotine free. I used Neil Casey's "The Nicotine Trick" to prepare me and I feel fine with only the usual mild withdrawal. I dont feel scared this time neither.
on here to share my highs and lows and provide support for others after reading and trying the lot.

Well done Potty - and getting over the scared feeling so quickly. It's took me about a week to realise I was more scared about quitting before I stopped than after. Read, read and post - these forums will keep you off the fags.
Am sure you'll beat it- knowing what you're up against certainly helps I think. Knowledge is king! Day one is a toughie, so if you're through that then you've every chance of getting right through your quit.
