Well I am on Champix and lately I have had crazy hot flushes. Now I'm 42 so I think I might be starting the change anyway, as even before I started Champix I did have the occasional hot flush, but nothing like what I am going through now. Has anyone else had these on Champix? Or maybe it could be Nicotine withdrawal?

I doubt it is the withdrawal, however I do believe Champix plays with your hormones and this causes it. We are the same age and I've had hot flushes for a couple of years now! Try Sage tea.
I've been in exactly the same boat as you Wildcats - had the occaisional hot flush before, but nothing like this. The first 2 weeks on Champix was almost a permanent hot flush and I hardly slept at all because of it. Kept waking up during the night with soaking wet sheets from sweating so much (in November!!).
The good news is it's starting to get better. I've noticed in the past week that I'm not getting them so much at night and only once or twice during the day. Hopefully it will stop altogether soon.
Good news it will go away fairly quickly I had them as well very uncomfortable and I was way past the stage to have then naturally being 65 when I quit
phew thats good news then, last night was awful. Also I was on the bus this morning and I felt myself going and of course I had my thick coat on and jumper underneath, I was just sweating.
