I am coming up to six weeks of not smoking and seem to be unable to be arsed to do anything apart from things I have to do or seeing mates. And yet doing nothing bores me utterly.
Is this the quit?
It's all just very meh.

Could be the quit, but I don't think the time of year helps and I think a lot of people just feel generally 'bleugh' at this time of year anyway. It's darker, colder, and xmas is just around the corner, which can be very stressfull emotionally and financially.
I am sure if not as bad, you would probably feel like this anyway if you smoked and imagine how bad that would be  A smoker and feeling 'bleugh'
Hi KTBird, it will pass. I'm sure it's just typical of this time of year. You know that cigarettes won't help. And seeing mates isn't a bad thing to do.
Hope it's gets better for you quickly.
Sue
KT this will pass I think youre having a bad day which we all have just hang on in there and see how it is tomorrow. Dont forget its all or nothing in this game or just 1 and straight back to 20 in next to no time.
Let this time pass over you stay strong
Hi KT
I had and still do at times days where I just can't be bothered although with me this time of year that's normal and not the quit I'm always like this in winter as the short days don't agree with me at all
With you it may well be the quit as it makes us very tired untill the body stabileses and heals from the abuse we gave it while smoking
Keep going it does get easier and so much better as you get further along the road
Love
Marg xx
Hey Kt hun
Congrats on your 6 weeks.

Probably transition from being a smoker to a non smoker too lol
Take some of the money youve saved from not smoking and buy yourself sumit nice to cheer you up x
KTbird, yes its quite normal, you may see a few parts of the quit like this.
Hang on in there.. things generally do improve.
