You all now smell just great

are financially better off

lungs are clearing

poisons are leaving

extending your fabulous lives

demonstrating to your children that you can do it

lovely teeth

great skin

more relaxed

not socially excluded

and many more!!!!

well done to all of you for making the best decision of your lives!!! the forum is here to rant and rave, share funny 'crave stories, cry laugh ect-we are all in it together!!!

Well its 6 months for me today!!!! can't believe i've done it!!! i can honestly say i will never smoke again. It hasn't been easy, but then again its been lets say tolerable.

I feel really proud of myself smoked for 20 years at 20 a day -now none!!! yipee

IF I CAN DO IT YOU ALL CAN-believe in yourselves-focus and go with it, with some humour
