I gave up smoking 2yrs and 4months (and 9 days) and this site really helped me out!! I havnt been on here for a while, as i dont need it in the same way as i used to. However............. i broke my foot 8 weeks ago and am going stir crazy!!!! so i kinda been surfin the net and remembered all the help i got from this site and decided to post.

hope all is well, and i hope all those guys that got me through the bad stage are still non smokers. all those that are new to this, it can be done, and really worth it. i laugh at people i see, cold hudled outside pubs puffing away. those days are gone for me. and can be for you as well.
