Normal (well as normal as you can get when you give up).
However day 28 for me and I got my energy back about half way through week 3, even though I am still sleeping like a baby. It will get better (we should that as the board moto!)
I'm still experiencing this.. getting about 7-8 hours sleep a night most nights at least and waking up feeling as though the sleep has not replenished my energies.
I've put it down to just it being winter for the time being, but i'm experiencing this sleep thing at this moment in time, so can 100% relate to this.
Here's hoping that soon we sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.. could do with that
Up until yesterday I was waking up and still feeling shattered. I used to jump out of bed the second I woke, put the kettle on then outside for a fag...at about 6.30am. Since quitting I've had to set the alarm to get up at a decent hour as I was starting to sleep in till 9am and even then I didn't want to get up. Haven't been like that since before I had children :eek:
Yesterday I woke up at 7am and got going straight away....even felt like doing some gardening and felt quite energetic all day. This morning I've woken before the alarm so there does seem to be this 4 week period of being tired. When you think about it, our bodies are recovering from years of abuse so I suppose there has to be a recovery period.
