Day 8 - feel bad but feel good what !!!???

Feeling really bad as i have picked up some horrible virus, which seemed to coincide with the day i quit the fags !!!! Sore chest, sore throat, cant talk unless its a rasp, aching limbs and tired... BUT HOW GOOD I FEEL THAT IM ON DAY 8... AND LAST NIGHT VIRUS OR NO VIRUS I ACTUALLY DID A BIT OF RUNNING WITH THE DOG !!! RUNNING NOT WALKING !!!! - BIG UP TO ME
