Just what it says on the tin, cravings so far have been minimal yet intense in nature...chunky kit kats have been plentiful and my new favorite philadelphia cheese on toast...mouth feels quite sore like an earlier post has said, a couple of ulcers but this is a small price to pay. £6.72 my 20 a day cost me so I now have £62.70 in my holiday fund..

Well done boss,

Going to be some holiday at this rate. :D

Sorry about the sore mouth, there's been a few complain of that but I've never experienced it yet.

Hope it calms down for you soon

Take care

Greg

Are you thinking of anywhere particular for your holiday?

Wow double figures! Well done Boss and Babs, you're doing flipping well!

It's going to start to get easier and easier from here on in. The bad times will get fewer and further apart and you'll see the good times much more often!

Huge well done, you two should be quit buddies! :D

Stay strong, both of you

Congratulation Babs and Boss - another double figures day dawns! Whoop whoop! :D

Its fab your bosses are so supportive. I don't really think anyone in my work place gets what I am going through, although my parents are over the moon I have lasted this long (One of my reasons for stopping is seeing my dad recover from cancer last year. He has never smoked and despite me being nearly 31 is a huge worrier!)

I am eating loads of fruit as I am so worried about putting on weight. I am also downing green tea every couple of hours - I find hot drinks really help curb 'hunger' / fill the gap :)

Sounds like the perfect picnic to me mucker! :)

Isn't great that your appetite returns just as your taste buds are recovering!

Going well though Dean

Well done Babs too....prezzies are goooood! :)

In my whole office there's about 8 people that smoke - that number doesn't include me anymore!!! :D I did have a quit buddy in the office but he fell off the wagon yet again....keep telling him to come back and join me so hopefully he will soon!!

I feel everyone I know is glad that I've stopped, all my workmates and defo my parents, my mum is currently battling lung and bone cancer.....

My prezzie is only a small hand bag bottle of apple smelling anti-bac gel from Texas.....I'm addicted to using my supervisors big one so she gave me a little one - well chuffed!!! Haha.

Every little helps and its the gesture that counts :)

I have a quit buddy in my office, although I class him as a light smoker - he could go days without before his serious quit, which I have never been able to do. Still its great having people to boost you. Get your workmate on here! That has been the biggest help for me!

Sorry to hear about your mum. I know how hard it can be.

I am going to mention how much of a help to me this has been so you never know, he might just appear! Lol.

Also thanks, it's just one of those things I guess - never easy but something that needs to be dealt with. I lost my Aunt coming up for 5 years ago to cancer as well.

I'm sorry your mum's not well Babs, that must be very hard for you all! Sorry you lost your aunt too.

Think most people are always pleased when you quit - know my parents both are too, they're very anti-smoking (partly why I started) so they're delighted.
