I have been quit for 2 Days, 5 hours, 22 minutes and 4 seconds (2 days). I have saved £10.66 by not smoking 44 cigarettes. I have saved 3 hours and 40 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 01/11/2009 12:10
Doesn't seem possible but it is!! Today survived the trip to Tesco's & guess what? No ciggies bought, not even tempted
Have had the day from hell at work & it did cross my mind at one point why have I picked month end week to stop smoking. The next though was it wouldn't make the slightest bit of difference anyway & that I chose month end week to start my new life. Far more positive!
Hope I can keep this up.
Also hope everyone else is doing well with their quits. I apologise for not posting & supporting others at the mo, I must seem a bit selfish. It's not that at all but just that I have to get over these first few days.
Love to all.

Good for you G, we know you can do it. You make sure you're looking after yourself first before you bother about anyone else. After a few days becoming stronger you'll be there for other people again. Love. David. xxxx
