Goodness me, these stats don't belong to someone else - they belong to little old me Nobody could be more surprised! Those that know me of old know that I really struggled to keep a quit going but by golly I am doing it this time.
As much as I felt I REALLY wasn't ready for this quit my health was getting so bad that I had no choice, well I did, but it wasn't a very nice choice. Having said that it has proved to being one of the easiest despite the fact I wasn't 'feeling it'.
Seen some familiar names popping up just recently and it's good to see you back on the road to freedom
Keep going everyone, am willing you all on.
I have been quit for 4 Months, 7 hours, 11 minutes and 5 seconds (123 days). I have saved £832.26 by not smoking 2,465 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Week, 1 Day, 13 hours and 25 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 10/05/2012 07:55

It's people like you who inspire me to keep this quit going this time. Mum asked me how long I had not smoked for tonight and she is pleased as punch for me too
Sometime it doesn’t matter how you feel it just happens, maybe that’s the way to go forward, the accidental quitter, worked for me and looks like it’s working for you as well.
