just thought I would share how it feels right now.
I hardly think about it anymore. The only triggers I now have are usually when I spend a lot of time with friends that used to smoke with me or if I go out and have a big meal.
Other than that.. life is good.. getting closer to the penthouse !
I have not smoked for 3 Months, 1 Week, 3 Days, 15 hours, 5 minutes and 20 seconds (100 days). I have saved £358.63 by not smoking 1,207 cigarettes. I have saved 4 Days, 4 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 03/01/2010 18:20
