day 6... if carlsberg done quitting days, they'd be like today...

i had a good night sleep last night and followed up with an excellent day!!! (untill some prat at work thought he would be funny and offer me a fag...... wont go into any more depth on that cos i need to keep the language clean)

smoking didn't even enter my mind untill lunch time and even the it was just a passing thought...

i have a question!!!!!

when you come of champix do you start getting cravings again or anything like that???

So glad you are having a better day and frankly so am I. We are going to get those ups and downs, as for your question can't help you as I'm still taking mine but I would be interested what others have to say.
