Hi
Not sure which is the correct thing to do . . . . reply/join with an existing relevant thread or start my own. Decided to join one already here.
8 whole days and 4 hours smoke free now.
Just found this forum and because I know (from being a member of another non smoking related support forum) how inspiring and helpful they can be, signed up.
I was on the higher strength 24hr patches, but the dreams were just toooo vivid. Saw my one-to-one smokey nurse (NHS) today, and decided I wanted more support than she can offer.
I'm in the process of having dental implants and need to quit to help them take/bond better. Obviously there is self hope that if i can quit for the 8 weeks they 'take' then I can continue. Feeling rather murderous at times but know that each urge resisted is a great step forward and believe things will get easier.
