Hey all...

Hope everyone's quit is going well.

I've been enjoying life a lot lately without the need to smoke which I didn't think was possible.

I haven't found this quit hard and haven't really even had weak moments.

Fingers crossed I keep my resolve!

It's so lovely to have contact with people I remember from my first quit...Makes me realise that we are so strong and there is a lot of support here.

If I'm honest I believe that everyone knows when it's their PROPER quit. Last time I think deep down I knew it wasn't and I was waiting for a reason to slip up but this time I'm not even bothered...it's funny
