I had a really bad day on 7 but I survived on very deep breaths but you may sail through and it just got easier after day 7.

Well done and keep it up

Hi Trippy :)

Well done you on day 6 that's great

The dreams are normal no matter what we use and they'll pass

As Jackie says don't look for trouble enjoy the moment you may be one of the lucky ones who have few real craves to cope with

I also used champix and had very few craves and then not bad ones I think I only ever had one really bad one and that was because I was shut indoors due to bad weather

Below is my standard welcome and advice post which I try and give all new members
