I was just wondering if anyone else has suffered with panic attacks since they quit smoking? I've had a couple now and I am hoping that they will subside after a while. I really don't want them to become a regular thing.

Strange thing with me is smoking caused panic attacks with me, I just didnt associate the attacks with smoking till I quit and stopped having them. Since quitting I find I'm not having any problems at all. Every quit is different and perhaps your body is just adjusting.
