Day 219..!

Crikey! How on earth did I manage to do that? Reading and being on this forum that's how. This has been the best form of support for me and has really worked, so I would just like to say a big THANK YOU! to you all.

219 days, that's 5256 hours without a fag - brilliant!

Now, all I need to do is shift this extra weight which has made its home around my middle - still, the cold weather's coming and it'll help to cut down on the heating bills!

Wheyhey!! congrats!!! 219 days is a hell of alot of time into your quit there.. be proud.. and that money you've saved is far better off in your ass pocket than up-in-smoke and taxed to high hilt by the government. I can't think of a better way to rebel than to deny those fat cat lazy gits in parliament the nice little earner they were getting out of us when we were foolish.
