Day 8...It's been ok so far.

I went to Berlin on tour with one of the bands we manage at the weekend and LOADS of people were smoking. I was actually feeling sick at them smoking all over me.

Not to say it's dead easy - a few times I've had cravings but I'm dealing with them.

I just know I'd really regret it if I had one. Not using the inhalator much but not ready to give it up yet.
