Yeah, it's tabs. I've not done them so don't feel appropriate to advise. But if you put 'champix' into the search tab above it should generate a lot of information that's been posted here...and more importantly, experiences of using.

KIMBO, cHAMPIX IS A TABLET TAKEN TWICE DAILY , OVER A TWO WEEK PERIOD, IT TELLS THE RECEPTORS IN YOUR BRAIN THAT YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF , AND DONT NEED A FAG. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD IT, FIRST TIME I FAILED. THERE IS A METHOD IN TAKING THESE, AND SIDE EFFECTS, DREAMS, NAUSIA, BROKEN SLEEP PATTERNS. Its after day four I realsied that i had to accept the fact that I was just a moaning gumpy pig naturally as I didn't have the nictine to blame...damn it!!!

Yes it's day 5 for us, i think the weekend will be harder but let's get day 5 out the way.

No more throwing hammers for carpenter Bella, he's been demoted to sweeping up the sawdust with a rubber dustpan & brush, if he throws that it will just bounce off people.
