oh ... if you need cheese you need cheese Your body is telling you it needs the protein and fat, probably. I'd get a piece of the most flavoursome cheese you can find and eat it really slowly, savouring each bite. Don't yam it all down or you'll eat too much of it and feel sick. Just have a little piece, take a bite and let it sit under your tongue for about 20 seconds before you start to chew it. Notice how it tastes and feels in your mouth. You'll enjoy it more and eat less of it.
Gotta love cheese. Eat what you like, you've escaped from smoking.. although you may want to reign that in after a month or so (I still haven't.. then again I ate a lot when I smoked too.. I love eating.. and cheese :S)
You've refused your biggest craving now go eat some cheese!!! Cheese is amazing, I often used to buy a big wedge of edam as a snack. Ooooooh crumbly lancashire melted on toast, delish!!! Now this is a craving you can give in to. Enjoy yourself.
I am the same - I just want cheese, cake or chocolate. They all begin with C.....mmmmm interesting. Maybe I should switch to carrots, clementines and cabbage.
