Thanks..Im finding it abit like depression you get a big high then you come crashing down and hit rock bottom...i vowed to never smoke again for MY sake and i hopefully can get through today

I understand, I have also read about how giving up smoking can cause it so it will pass. once you get through the lows and know you can handle them without smoking you will be that much stronger, you know you can do it and once this rough patch has passed you will be that much happier!!

Think of the holiday fund
