So today is day 50, have a few days off work and quite a lot that could be done, if I do so is another matter.
Yesterday was week 7, so whilst waiting for a plane bought a cap and muffin, what shall I treat myself with today. Prob nothing as done nothing but treat myself all weekend - though could've drunk more!
Think I should go out on my bike, get some nice healthy food, then head to the gym for an all day extended session, thus staying away from any further bad behaviour - again if I do this.
*sigh* Back to relearning life without cigarettes, which is fantastic but still feels like a new pair of shoes that aren't a good fit.
