I know what you mean. I quit using patches & lozenges so technically still getting nicotine. In my head, my way of thinking I had stopped, & have stopped smoking. I put some of my lethargy down to depression which was there when smoking anyway. I figure that if I feel bad now for whatever reason it is, I have stopped smoking & whatever it is I am going through will sort itself out or get sorted.
So long as a fag does not enter my mouth that is all I care about. Will sort everything else out as it comes.

I don't know if it is generally recommended, but personally I have been taking a multivitamin since quitting, and am not noticing any lethargy. No doubt better diet would be better, but who has time these days!?
Well done you on day 12 now that's great keep it up
I didn't use patches but as I understand it you get less nicotine from them than you do from fags so maybe that's why you feel lethargic just now but it will pass as well
